Natasha Serlin – Director / Founder

Natasha has produced and directed films for the BBC, Channel 4 and MTV, on Education, Business, Current Affairs and the Arts, including a stint on the BBC's Culture Show. Other commissions include films for Google, the NHS, UNAIDS (USA), United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP, Nairobi), and the Internews Earth Journalism Network. Used to working on location Natasha has filmed and directed in Africa, India, Russia, Thailand, the Philippines, throughout the caribbean and South America and has worked extensively in Europe. She is based in London and speaks French and Spanish.

Ron McCullagh - Executive Producer (Director INTV)

Ron has been working as a journalist in Africa since 1984 when he covered the Ethiopian famine of that year for the UK's BBC Today programme. Since then he has worked as a journalist and film maker in 26 African countries; produced films for all the world's major broadcasters and acted as a consultant with Warner Bros on the film 'Blood Diamond.' His name is synonymous with leading African investigative journalist Sorious Samura and his work has won numerous international awards for his work including a Bafta, two Emmys and a Rory Peck award. As well as running Insight News Television, Ron is now a valued member of the Bespoke team bringing his expertise to Bespoke's humanitarian and development work.

Jo Maxwell Scott – Development Producer

Jo is a former producer and head of production at the International Committee of the Red Cross. She has commissioned and produced over 30 broadcast, conference and training films for diverse audiences worldwide, ranging from Afghanistan to China, Washington and Sudan. Previously, she worked for Insight News and BBC Radio. Based in Geneva, Jo brings to the Bespoke team her skills and experience in humanitarian and corporate visual communication and production.

Michelle Deignan - Editor

Michelle Deignan's career as a film and video editor has encompassed a broad range of creative-factual and fictional films for Broadcast, Corporate and the Creative Industry sectors. A graduate of the Visual Arts Department of Goldsmiths College in London, Michelle applies her specialist knowledge and interest in contemporary visual culture to her creative approach to editing. Her broadcast credits include work on the groundbreaking Channel 4 series "The Arts Show"; "The Good, The Bad and The Listed" the popular architecture documentary for ITV; the arts magazine show "Hotlinks" for BBC2 and the documentary "How did they build that" for the Discovery Channel.

Andy Robbins - Director

A graduate of the acclaimed Film as Fine Art course at KIAD, Andy has pursued his passion for the arts producing a diverse range of documentaries and short films. Over the past 12 years he has worked with many different artists, architects, writers and composers including Antony Gormley, Rachel Whiteread, Will Alsop, Ian McEwan, John Virtue, Harrison Birtwistle and Mark Anthony Turnage. During his career Andy has produced over 20 documentaries for the BBC, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and last year he won the Royal Philharmonic Communication award for his BBC4 series 'Classic Britannia'.

Emma MacGregor - Producer

Emma MacGregor was a Producer at Channel 4 and Film4's Creative Services Department for ten years making many of the award winning promotions and short form programmes, before leaving to become Deputy Director at One World Media – a UK based charity which aims to increase global understanding through effective use of the media. She launched the first 1Minute To Save The World film competition in July 2009 and now brings her extensive experience and creativity to the Bespoke Team.
